Britannia Road, London SW6 The client, a developer, wanted to maximise the potential of a three storey terraced house. The majority of the internal walls were removed or reconfigured to open up larger and lighter spaces. Also, an area of floor was removed at the rear of the house to create a double height dining space looking out to the rear, South-West facing garden. The existing building was extended at 1st floor level and a loft floor added at the 2nd storey level.
