A 3-story Victorian terraced property had been renovated by a developer but in a generic and unsatisfactory way. We carried out a full refurbishment of the house including rearranging the layouts our clients needs, raising steel beams that had been installed unnecessarily low and creating a basement extension complete with cinema room.

A spacious boot room at the front of the house greatly facilitates family comings and goings whilst sliding partitions between children’s bedrooms allow them to be opened up as communal playroom during the day.
